GRILLED CHICKEN SPINACH CHEDDAR PIZZA


Naan flat bread by Stone-fire or desired crust recipe

1 bunch or small bag baby spinach sauteed with

1 tbs minced garlic, tbs olive oil. Set aside.

1 boneless chicken breast grilled and sliced

4-8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese shredded

1/2 cup roasted pepper chopped

1/2 cup thinly sliced mushrooms (optional)

Directions:

Brush naan flat bread with olive oil lightly on both sides.

Place on parchment lined pan.

Pre- bake on 375 degrees for 5 mins.

Pile on your cheese, spinach mixture, roasted peppers and mushrooms over naan.

Arrange grilled chicken slices for top. Return to oven and bake until cheese melted and naan flat bread browned. YUMMY AND does not take too much of your time!!

I just LOVE this idea for homemade pizza. My daughter, Danielle introduced this to me a few years ago. She bought Stone-fire Naan flat bread and found a recipe that makes delicious pizza. Well, I'm not quite sure what the topping was that she put on this, but I have not made my own crust recipe for quite some time. Stone fire Naan is available in our Shoprite grocery stores both in the deli and bakery sections of the store. There are some other neat ideas on the back of the package that you can make other than pizza with it. So next time you go to the super market look for naan, and get your favorite toppings together and create your own VERY DELICIOUS homemade pizza.
