1-1/2 lb ground meat. Beef, chicken , turkey or pork
1 cup ricotta cheese
1/2 cup grated cheese of your choice
2 cups fine almond flour
Desired amount of granulated or fresh garlic, fresh parsley and Italian seasonings you would add to your regular recipe. Form meatballs and fry in olive oil slowly until browned on each side. YUM!
